Kings Square Apartment Buildings Newmarket

Kings Square is a new development completed in 2009.  It consists of 130 luxurious apartments over 7 storeys, 45 thousand square foot of retail spaces, a courtyard adjoining the newly constructed Newmarket railway station, and a large underground car park serving both tenants and the public. 

CNZ installed an IPVS system for this development in September 2009.  The system monitors staircases, car park entrances and public areas.  We deployed both indoor and outdoor cameras depending on the exposure to moisture and dust.  All cameras are megapixel offering high clarity and IP based allowing fast retrieval of footage.

The installation project was completed on time and on budget and achieved the purposes of surveillance for which the cameras were intended for.  The installation process was hazard free for tenants, owners and the public.
