You can export a snapshot or the entire video clip from the recorder to an external media such as an USB thumb stick. Whilst the play back is in progress, click the EXPORT button and you will be prompted to define the filename etc. You will need to practise this procedure to get proficient or ask CNZ to do it for you.
Once the footage is on an external media, you will need software to play back the footage. CNZ will supply the software to you free of charge.
