John Luckstedt has been a member of the ITCL team since 1999, taking an onsite IT support role since 2002 and joined CNZ Group with an additional role of account management since 2005. During the period, John has picked up skills in desktop and server maintenance in Windows environments on the technical side and customer expectation management on the communication side. Regarding the industry, John reckons that the ever-changing nature of IT calls for constant upgrading of knowledge and skills and this has motivated him a lot. He sees obstacles as challenges and objectives: Remember it is only a computer! There is always a way to fix the problem! It cannot beat you!
