A standard hosted package has a 3 years term. Support within the term is assured. We will offer you a renewal of the term for another 3 years indefinitely and this can be built into the agreement if you want.
You will be given several CNZ contact paths: phone, email, web, and physical street address to visit us if you like. CNZ has a culture of returning phone calls within 2 hours. This level of service is certainly 5-star and valuable to have.
In case you take a standalone package, we can offer you a similar level of support services as part of the agreement.
